A friend passed Ellie’s information on to me and I am so glad she did! Posture is fabulous for me and is helping me in so many ways. Not only has it improved my sleep beyond belief but I am also seeing a massive improvement in my chronic pain. Posture is something that is a way of life (bit like good nutrition) so it needs to be done regularly. Although it needs to be done regularly, I have found that I can easily fit it into my world. I roll out of bed, pop on some warm socks and a comfy jumper and crack on. It’s fabulous and I call my routines, my ‘pain killers’! I’m not a gym person or a runner, but I I love my yoga and now I love posture. There’s no going back for me. Thank you so much Ellie and Ben, you are fabulous.
