In this 10 day 'Aligned in 10' posture challenge, you'll be sent a daily email.

In each daily email, you'll receive a different video of a gentle posture exercise to help reset your posture (in circa 10 mins) each day. 

My hope is that, whatever your personal goals are from establishing a posture practice (perhaps reducing your pain or improving your performance in your favourite hobby), these 10 min posture favourites will help you to establish a routine that makes you feel hopeful, motivated, inspired and energised.

Whilst longer term, some posture equipment is helpful (like yoga blocks and yoga straps), for now, everything can be scavenged from home using pillows and belts.
